What are your terms and conditions on returns?

7-Strong just isn’t a name, it’s a mentality – in that we strongly believe you’ll be totally satisfied with your purchase.

If for whatever reason, our products don’t meet your standard, you may return the unused, undamaged, unwashed merchandise (hang tag must still be attached to item) within 30 days of purchase to qualify for a product exchange, refund, or store credit. 

When conducting a return, a restocking/handling fee of $8.00 will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee will be waived for exchanges or store credit.

See below for special conditions and exceptions. 

Used Merchandise: If the item in question is in a condition (i.e. previously worn, damaged, or washed) and results in being unsellable by 7-Strong, we will not be able accept exchange or return. In such event, the customer will be contacted and shipped back the item to them at the consumer's expense.

7-Strong products are designed for limited run capacity. If you are looking to exchange an item that is sold out, 7-Strong will contact you about electing an alternate item of equal or lesser value, receiving store credit, or being issued a refund. 

Youth Items: Items purchased in youth sizes, are not eligible to be exchanged for adult sizes.

Final Sale items: All items considered up for Final Sales are just that, final, and not are not eligible for return, exchange or refund. 

Third-Party Products: All third-party products are a final sale and not available for return, exchange or refund. 

Returns and Exchanges

What do I do if I need to exchange or return an item?

If you purchased your product within the last 30 days, please click here to begin your return process, seamlessly and easily.

Have your Confirmation number and order information (e-mail, phone number, etc) ready to proceed.

Returns will be charged a restocking/handling fee of $7.99, deducted from the refund amount. Also, please note that any shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may request exchanges of equal or lesser value, store credit, or a refund. The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges (on initial attempt*) or store credit.

Size exchanges are free on initial exchanges, assuming the product is still in resale condition based upon our merit and standards of quality.

Any customized orders (including, not limited to specific design selections and alterations) are unfortunately unable to be returned or exchanged.

*Items can only be exchanged for free in its initial attempt, any subsequent attempts to exchange will incur a $7.99 restocking fee.

What is the Exchange and Return processing time?

Once your tracking number shows the item returned to our warehouse please allow 5-7 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.

Can I return Digital Gift Cards?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of how we issue our gift cards, we will be unable to provide any refunds, returns, store credits, or exchanges for any Digital Gift Cards.

What if I used an incorrect e-mail or order number?

Give that a double check and make sure your information is entered correctly. Don’t worry, I’ve almost thrown a computer out the window because I put "c.om" without realizing it, myself. But feel free to hit us up at farley@7-strong.com.

What if my order is outside the return window?

We get it, life sometimes gets in the way – but since we’re called 7-Strong, it’d be wrong to not be firm on our return policy. With that said, we hope our 30 day return policy (from date of purchase) allows you enough time to determine your purchase is perfect as is or needs a return or exchange as will be unable to process any returns that fall outside of that window.

What if the item/size I wanted to exchange if out of stock?

Exchanges for a different size of the product is based on the availability of our inventory.  Unfortunately, we will be unable to fulfill your request if there is no inventory of the desired product. However, we will gladly exchange your item for a different product in the desired size. If this won’t do, we can also issue you store credit or a refund for this portion of your order.

Shipping and Tracking

I hear there's free shipping?!

All domestic orders of $50 or more qualifies for free shipping! So, please keep your cart total in mind when making purchases.

Consider it an immediate 'thank you' from us - and even more reason to make 7-Strong your choice for everyday apparel.

How can I follow tracking on my item?

So that you’re not just sitting by your door waiting to scare the mailman in excitement, we made it possible for you to track our package after confirmation:

Simply follow the confirmation link from your email. (ex: #######).

Follow the prompt to enter the e-mail address attached to the order.

If tracking information isn’t available, be patient, sometimes it take a bit for the information to catch up, typically 1-2 business days.

You may also plug in your tracking number provided by your chosen delivery service directly in their services.

Shipping Times will vary by location and shipping option you choose. We ship out of Texas. This will put you anywhere from a typical 3-7 business day arrival of your shipment.

If the tracking page says "Accepted" or "Pre-shipment" by USPS, your product is currently en route. While the system isn’t always perfect, please be patient on its arrival. While circumstances of poor technology, bad weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control can delay shipment. We advise contacting your carrier in regards to these delays should they arise.

If any item is marked as listed "Pre-sale,” your purchase is acknowledging the estimated ship date on the item page. Please note the day is an estimated ship date, it may ship a few days earlier but also could be later.

If your tracking number says the item was delivered but you can’t find it, there’s still hope. This could happen from time-to-time. Reach out to your local Post Office and ask them to do an advanced search with your tracking information.

If the avenues provided by that do not offer a solution, it’s okay, just contact us and we can offer further assistance.

Change of Address

I have a change of address - what can I do?

Sent it to the ex? Been there. Reach out to us ASAP at farley@7-strong.com and let us know if you need a change of address on your order. Unfortunately, we won’t always be able to, but the effort will be made.

Note that billing addresses can’t be edited after purchase, however it shouldn’t affect your order from processing. Otherwise, please reach out to your shipping provider for assistance in changing addresses.

International Orders

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to our friends across North America. If you call home a location outside of the U.S., Canada, and Mexico - we don't want you to miss out. Reach out to our customer service extraordinaire, C.C. at Farley@7-Strong.com so he can assess what can be done.

Please note, we will be unable to process any exchanges free of charge for orders outside the United States. So please continue to reach out to Farley@7-strong.com for help with your return or exchange.

Orders

Can multiple orders be combined?

Unfortunately, any orders placed separately cannot be combined into one shipment.

What's the deal with presale items?

Items marked as listed "Pre-sale” are just that - your opportunity to lock in items and ensure an item without risk of the design or your size selling out. Pre-sale items will always indicate an estimated ship date on the product page.

Please note the day is an estimated ship date, it may ship a few days earlier but also could be later. By purchasing a pre-sale item, you acknowledge the understanding that the ship date may vary.

How do I use promo codes and discounts?

Managed to get your hands on one of our "not-so-easy-to-get" promo codes? Great! Simply have it ready at checkout and type it into the "promo code" box. It's that easy!

If you encounter any issues with a code, please email our customer service extraordinaire, C.C. at Farley@7-Strong.com

Promo codes can only be used once, cannot be combined with other offers, and will expire. Unfortunately, 7-Strong will be unable to retroactively process any promo codes - so be sure to use yours at checkout!

Please keep in mind, 7-Strong is not responsible for promo codes that have been previously used nor any that may have expired.

How do you come up with your designs?

What you see on an overwhelming number of our products will be original, hand drawn designs and effects. On occasion; however, you may see a design or an image that moves us and has stayed in our heads all day, everyday -- meaning it's meant to be worn as such: all day, everyday. So we will never be afraid to give credit where credit is due and turn that badass image into a shirt with just the touch of strength it deserves.

What if an item is out of stock?
