Refund policy

We get it, sometimes things don't work out. No worries! We're here to help; here's how. 

7-Strong has an equally strong 30-day return policy. This means you are able to return or exchange items for 30 days from initial purchase. Anything outside of this window, we unfortunately will not be able to process.

You may request exchanges of equal or lesser value, store credit, or a refund.

Size exchanges are free, assuming the product is still in resale condition based upon our merit and standards of quality.

If we cannot accommodate an even exchange, returns can be processed for store credit or refund. Please note, a $8.00 restocking fee per item will apply to all domestic returns. This fee will be waived on exchanges and store credit transactions. 

Please also note, any shipping charges incurred are non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase - accessible through your email confirmation.

Below is a break down of the company return policy. 

SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

  • Free shipping on all domestic orders over $50.00
  • Allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing 
  • Items may be delivered in separate shipments
  • Return period is 30 days from date of purchase 
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for return processing 
  • Items must be in unused/unworn condition with tags intact and with original packaging 
  • Items returned in visibly worn condition or missing tags will be returned to the owner at the owner's expense.
  • Items that have been customized in any fashion are ineligible for returns or exchanges. 
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable  
  • Final sale items are not eligible for returns 
  • Digital Gift Cards are not eligible for returns, refunds, store credits, or exchanges. 
  • If an item you requested to exchange for is sold out, we will contact you regarding selection of an alternate item
  • A restocking fee of $8.00 per item will be applied to all domestic returns 
  • Restocking fee is waived for exchanges (on initial exchange) and store credit transactions 
  • Items can only be exchanged for free in its initial attempt, any subsequent attempts to exchange will incur a $7.99 restocking fee.
  • International customers  must arrange for their own return shipping and will be responsible for any duty charges 
  • International customers, please reach out to Farley@7-strong.com to begin returns process 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Farley@7-strong.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically used, worn, torn, or otherwise merchandise not left intact. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
